Booking & pricing
How do I book an appointment?
Online in about 60 seconds through our booking page, or call (405) 992-4063. We groom by appointment so every pet gets one-on-one attention from start to finish.
Will I see the price before I commit?
Always. Your pet's exact price is shown clearly in the online booking flow before you confirm — no surprises at pickup.
What do dog grooming packages cost?
Starting prices for small dogs: Mini Grooming from $65, Full Grooming from $75, Premium Grooming from $99. Sizes run Small to Giant and prices increase with size — your dog's exact price appears while you book.
How much is a dog bath?
A Standard Bath starts at $49 and a Luxury Bath at $70 (small dogs). The Luxury adds premium shampoo, a blueberry facial, deep conditioning, aromatherapy, paw balm, and a cologne finish.
How much does cat grooming cost?
Cat Grooming starts at $135, a Cat Bath at $79, and a Cat Nail Trim at $30 — the same starting price for every size, applying to mat-free coats. Matting adds time and can change the price.
Do you take walk-ins?
Grooming is by appointment only — that's how we guarantee one-on-one care. The boutique, though, is walk-in friendly any time we're open, Mon–Sat 9–6.
Dog grooming
What does Full Grooming include?
A warm bath with shampoo matched to your dog's coat and skin, gentle drying, a breed-specific haircut and styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing — plus a once-over of skin, ears, paws, and coat at every visit, and we'll flag anything unusual so you can follow up with your vet.
How long will my dog's appointment take?
Every dog is different — it depends on size, coat condition, and comfort level. Because we groom one-on-one from start to finish, your dog is worked with continuously and never left waiting mid-groom. We'll give you a realistic pickup estimate at drop-off, and text you a photo the moment they're ready.
My dog's coat is matted — is that a problem?
Yes — humanely. We de-mat where it's comfortable for your dog, and when a coat is too far gone we'll recommend a shorter reset cut instead of painful brushing. We always talk it through with you first.
My dog is anxious at the groomer. Can you help?
Anxious dogs are our specialty. One groomer works with your dog the whole visit — no batch drop-offs, no being passed around — with gentle handling, quiet drying options, and zero rushing.
Bath & spa
Can I book just a bath, without a haircut?
Absolutely — bath-only visits are one of our most popular services. Every Standard Bath includes shampoo and conditioner, drying, a brush-out, and a nail trim.
What spa add-ons do you offer?
Fourteen of them, from $8: blueberry facials, teeth brushing, paw balm, ear cleaning, nail polish, hypoallergenic and whitening shampoos, nail grinding, aromatherapy baths, deep coat conditioning, flea & tick treatment, medicated baths, de-shedding, and hot oil treatments.
Is the pet coloring safe?
Yes — we only use semi-permanent, pet-safe color, applied by trained groomers, just for fun. Creative coloring runs $50 per hour plus $10 per color.
Cat grooming
Do you really groom cats?
Yes — and we love it. Feline-first handling, de-matting for Persians and Maine Coons, gentle baths, nail trims, and specialized care for anxious and senior cats.
Do you sedate cats?
Never. Sedation is only safe under veterinary supervision, so we don't use it — patient, feline-first handling does the work instead: quiet voices, breaks when needed, and sessions at your cat's pace.
My cat is heavily matted — what are the options?
Light matting is worked out humanely during a regular groom. For heavily matted coats we offer a dedicated Matted Cat Shave Down — a comfortable lion-style cut so healthy fur can grow back. Its exact price appears while you book online.
How frequently do cats need professional grooming?
Long-haired breeds do best every 4–8 weeks to stay mat-free. Short-haired cats benefit from a bath and de-shed every 8–12 weeks — more often during Oklahoma's shedding seasons.
Treadmill & extras
What's the dog treadmill about?
Pawadise Parlor is the only grooming salon in Oklahoma City offering supervised canine treadmill fitness — one-on-one, hands-on indoor exercise, perfect for high-energy dogs and Oklahoma's walk-cancelling weather. Session pricing is shown in the booking flow.
Can my dog get a workout and a groom in the same visit?
Yes — it's a favorite combo. A workout before the bath means a calmer groom and a happily tired dog at pickup. Book both together online.
What's in the boutique?
A hand-picked, rotating selection of treats, toys, and accessories — no appointment needed, open whenever we are.
Visiting us
Do you require vaccinations?
Yes — proof of a current rabies vaccination is required for all dogs and cats we groom. It protects every pet in the salon. Bring your vaccine record (or your vet's contact info) to your first appointment.
What's the address of Pawadise Parlor?
14201 N May Ave, Suite 204, Oklahoma City, OK 73134 — on May Avenue just south of Memorial Road in North OKC, with parking at the door.
What areas do you serve?
Pet parents come to us from all over the metro — North Oklahoma City, Edmond, Nichols Hills, The Village, and beyond.
When are you open?
Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed Sundays.
How will I know when my pet is ready?
We text or call you the moment they're finished — usually with a fresh-from-the-spa photo you'll want to keep.
