Every coat, every breed

Breed-specific dog grooming

Different coats need different hands. Our groomers know the standards — and your preferences come first.

Doodles & curly coats

Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, Poodles — mat prevention, teddy-bear trims, and coat-safe scheduling.

Small & toy breeds

Shih Tzus, Yorkies, Maltese — precise face trims, topknots, and styles that fit your pup's personality.

Goldens & Labs

Bath-and-brush specialists — de-shedding, feathering tidy-ups, and that show-worthy shine.

Heavy shedders

Huskies, Shepherds, double coats — deep de-shedding treatments that actually cut the fur-tumbleweeds at home.

…and every coat in between. If it barks, we groom it.

Gentle by design

Nervous or senior dog? This is their salon.

Grooming shouldn't be scary. At many salons, dogs are dropped off in batches and wait their turn between steps. Not here — your dog's groomer works with them one-on-one from the moment they arrive until they're finished, with gentle handling and all the time they need.

  • One groomer, start to finish — never passed around
  • No batch drop-offs — your appointment is your dog's time
  • Low-stress drying options for sound-sensitive dogs
  • Extra patience and breaks for seniors & arthritic dogs
More than a haircut

A skin & coat check at every groom

Groomers see your dog up close. During every appointment we look over the skin, ears, paws, and coat, and if we notice anything unusual — irritation, matting, a lump, or ear buildup — we'll point it out so you can follow up with your vet.

  • Skin & coat condition review
  • Ear check with gentle cleaning
  • Paw pad & nail condition
  • Products matched to sensitivities

What OKC dog parents say

I can't leave enough stars for this place! My daughter brought her dog in after a horrible first grooming experience elsewhere. Our Fenti is a golden doodle and was severely matted — we knew she'd be a handful — but they did a WONDERFUL job. I wanted to give this company their flowers. They totally deserve it. See you all in a month!

Pawadise is great! One of my pups is half blind and they take such great care of her — I feel like I leave my pups in great hands here. The grooms are also perfect and exactly what I asked for. I will be back!

Dog grooming FAQs

Questions OKC dog parents ask us

How long does a dog grooming appointment take?

Every dog is different — it depends on size, coat condition, and your dog's comfort level. Because we groom one-on-one from start to finish, your dog is worked with continuously and never left waiting mid-groom. We'll give you a realistic pickup estimate at drop-off, and you'll get a text the moment they're ready.

How often should my dog be professionally groomed?

Every 4–8 weeks for most breeds. Curly and doodle coats do best on a 4–6 week schedule to prevent matting, while short-coated and heavy-shedding breeds benefit from regular bath and de-shedding visits between full grooms.

What's included in a full dog groom?

A warm bath with shampoo matched to your dog's coat and skin, gentle drying, a breed-specific haircut and styling, nail trimming with filing, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing — plus a once-over of the skin, ears, paws, and coat at every visit, and we'll flag anything unusual so you can follow up with your vet.

How much does dog grooming cost in Oklahoma City?

At Pawadise Parlor, grooming starts at $65 for a Mini Groom, $75 for Full Grooming, and $99 for Premium Grooming (small dogs — prices increase with size, from Small to Giant). Your dog's exact price is always shown clearly while you book online, before you confirm — or call (405) 992-4063 for a quick quote.

Can you groom my matted dog?

Yes — humanely. We de-mat where it's comfortable for your dog, and when a coat is too tightly matted we'll recommend a shorter "reset" cut instead of painful brushing. Coat and skin health always come first, and we'll talk it through with you before we start.

Do you groom puppies?

Yes! We love giving puppies a gentle, positive first grooming experience — short sessions, lots of patience, and plenty of breaks. Starting between 12–16 weeks helps your pup grow into a dog who enjoys grooming for life.

What vaccinations does my dog need for grooming?

A current rabies vaccination is required for every dog we groom — it keeps all of our furry clients (and their groomers) safe. Bring proof of vaccination or your vet's info to your first visit.

My dog gets anxious at the groomer. Can you help?

Anxious dogs are our specialty. Your dog is handled by one groomer in a calm salon, with gentle techniques, quiet drying options, and no rushing. Many nervous dogs in Oklahoma City now look forward to their grooming day with us.
